Mover Mailings
NEW!! Now you
can reach the greatest possible number of newcomers and let us do
all the work for you, with our new EZ Mover Mail program, a turnkey
service in which we mail your new subscription offers monthly to
the new mover list of your choice.
We will print your customized postcard with your business reply
indicia; address the pieces with the names of the new movers, fold
the card, apply a tab seal, presort for the most economical postage,
and tie, bag and deliver the cards to the post office. Included
is the cost of your choice of new mover list, the postage, and the
bulk presort postage permit
The total cost is comprised of three elements: postage, printing, and list.
Postage, which ranges from 19 to 23 cents per mailing piece (averaging 21 cents each) is determined at the time of mailing.
Printing is the biggest variable. Call toll free 800.894.1214 and we'll give you rhe rates for either black-and-white or color in various quantities.
Lists, which can also be ordered separate from the rest of the EZ Mover Mail program, are discussed below.
List options
All four of these direct-mail options are viable for the EZ Mover
Mailings. Key variables are timeliness, quantity, the presence of
telephone numbers, and the selection of SFDU (single-family dwelling
units: houses, most of which are owners) and MFDUs (multi-family
dwelling units: apartments, most of which are renters). All but
Option 3 can also be used for telemarketing. All but Option 3 can
be mailed weekly or monthly, Option 3 only monthly.
- Timeliness/Economy:
The Hotline List of New
Telephone Listings, SFDUs
Only. The most timely list available, from
the directory assistance database, all records include telephone
numbers. MFDUs
are not mail-deliverable and are thus not included.
- Timeliness/Quantity:
The Hotline PLUS,
SFDUs Only,
our most popular list, consists of the Hotline List plus additional
leads from utilities and other sources. More plentiful than the
Hotline, most records come with telephone numbers. MFDUs not included.
- Most
Coverage:
The New
Residential Movers List, the most comprehensive
newcomer list available and the one best suited for direct mail,
consists of both SFDUs (in higher quantity than Options 1 and
2) and MFDUs. No telephone numbers included.
- Combination:
Option 1 or 2 plus the MFDU portion of Option 3. This option features
the timeliness and telephone numbers of Options 1 and 2 in addition
to the mail-deliverable (but telephone number-free) MFDUs from
Option 3.
